    （蘋果管理層對我?guī)ьI(lǐng)留六名員工去研發(fā)NeXT一事頗有怨言，對此，我說道：）我不認為我是屬于蘋果的，我也不認為他們（六名員工）是屬于蘋果的，我就是我自己的。對我來說，手藝無處施展才是邪門的事兒。蘋果公司不會把任何技術(shù)、任何一個專有想法拒之門外。我希望可以把這句話寫下來，這是原則。如果他們覺得我們正在實現(xiàn)的是一個偉大的創(chuàng)意，蘋果公司當然可以和我們來競爭。很難想象，堂堂一個擁有20億美金資產(chǎn)和超過4300名員工的大公司會斗不過六個穿著牛仔褲的人。
