    Amongtheanthropologistswastheteam’sonlywoman,MadhumalaChattopadhyay.ShehadwantedtostudythetribesoftheAndamanandNicobarislandssincechildhood,andasanadultanthropologistspentsixyearsresearchingthem,eventuallypublishing20researchpapersonthesubjectaswellasthebookTribesofCarNicobar.

    AsaPh.D.fellowwiththeAnSIinJanuary1991,ChattopadhyayhadherfirstchancetojoinateamgoingtoNorthSentinel.Buttherewasacatch:womenwerenotincludedingroupsthatwenttoestablishcontactwiththe“hostile”tribestheislands.“IhadtogiveawrittenundertakingsayingthatIknewabouttherisksinvolvedandwouldnotclaimcompensationfromthegovernmentforanyinjuryorlossoflife,”Chattopadhyayrecalls.“Myparentsalsohadtogiveasimilarwrittenundertaking.”

    Permissionsgranted,ChattopadhyaywentontobecomethefirstfemaleanthropologisttomakecontactwiththeSentinelese.Twenty-sevenyearslater,sherecallsherfirst-handencountersinaninterviewwithNationalGeographic.

    “Wewereallabitapprehensive[duringtheJanuary1991expedition]becauseafewmonthsearliertheteamsentbytheadministrationhadencounteredtheusualhostility,”saysChattopadhyay.Hergroupapproachedtheislandinasmallboat,steeringthevesselalonganemptybeachtowardaspireofsmoke.AfewSentinelesemen,fourofthemarmedwithbowsandarrows,walkedouttotheshoreline.“Westartedfloatingcoconutsovertothem.TooursurprisesomeoftheSentinelesecameintothewatertocollectthecoconuts.”

    Inthetwotothreehoursthatfollowed,Sentinelesemenwadedfromthebeachintothewaterrepeatedlytocollectthecoconuts—anovelproductthatdoesnotgrowontheirisland—whilewomenandchildrenwatchedfromadistance.Yetthethreatofanattackontheanthropologistoutsidersremainedpresent,Chattopadhyayrecalls.“Ayoungmanagedabout19or20stoodalongwithawomanonthebeach.Hesuddenlyraisedhisbow.IcalledouttothemtocomeandcollectthecoconutsusingtribalwordsIhadpickedupwhileworkingwiththeothertribesintheregion.Thewomangavetheboyanudgeandhisarrowfelltothewater.Atthewoman’surging,hetoocameintothewaterandstartedpickingcoconuts,”shesays.“Latersomeofthetribesmencameandtouchedtheboat.Thegesture,wefelt,indicatedthattheywerenotscaredofusnow.”TheAnSIteamclimbedtotheshorebutthetribedidnottakethemtotheirsettlement.

    置換互換EXCHANGE

    在任何人的一生中都會(huì)經(jīng)歷許多不公平的事情和困難。我們不可以輕易認(rèn)輸,而是要把這些困難解決,達(dá)成最圓滿的結(jié)果。

    比如當(dāng)我們商品置換時(shí),雙方如果都想多占,就無法達(dá)成一致,最終會(huì)發(fā)生戰(zhàn)爭。這個(gè)時(shí)候我們就是要從意識上通過教育改變這種雙方都想多占的意識。如果是一方想多占,一方要求合理,那么我們就去教育改變想多占的那一方,使得他們不再提出無理要求。如果是雙方都要求合理,那么我們就可以達(dá)成等價(jià)交換,并通過和平溝通達(dá)成共識,再一起配合,達(dá)成共同富有的最佳效果,這就是雙贏和問題的解決辦法。

    Forexample,whenweEXCHANGEgoods,ifbothsideswanttoovertake,therewillbenoagreement,andeventuallywarwilltakeplace.Atthistime,weneedtoconsciouslythrougheducationtochangetheMINDofbothPARTSwanttooccupymore.Ifonesidewantstoovertakeandtheotherwantstobereasonable,thenwewilleducatetheonewhowantstoovertakesothattheynolongermakeunreasonabledemands.Ifbothsidesdemandreasonable,thenwecanreachanequalexchange.THEpeacefulcommunicationtoreachCONSENSUSandworktogethertoachievethebestresultsforTOTALwealth,thisisawin-winsolutiontotheproblemANDTROUBLES.

    Chattopadhyayreturnedwithalargerteamamonthlater.“Thistime,ourteamwasbiggerbecausetheadministrationwantedtomaketheSentinelesefamiliarwithalltheteammembers,”sherecalls.“Theywatchedusapproachingandcametomeetuswithouttheirweapons.”Notsatisfiedwithjustcollectingfloatingcoconutsthistime,theSentineleseclimbedintotheteam’sboattotakeanentirebagofcoconuts.“Theyeventriedtotaketheriflebelongingtothepolice,mistakingittobeapieceofmetal,”Chattopadhyayadds.OneoftheteammembersthentriedtotakeanornamentmadeoutofleaveswornbyaSentineleseman.“Themangotangryandwhippedouthisknife.Hegesturedtoustoleaveimmediatelyandweleft,”shesays.

    Badweatherspoiledathirdtrip,undertakenafewmonthslater,“Therewasnooneonthebeach,andwereturnedwithoutseeinganyone,”sherecalls.Afterthat,theadministrationdecidedtoreducethefrequencyofvisitstoNorthSentinelIslandtoprotecttheresidentsfromexposuretodiseasesthattheylikelylackeddefencesto.

    Chattopadhyay,whonowworksinIndia’sMinistryofSocialJusticeandEmpowerment,hasnotreturnedtotheAndamanandNicobarislandsin19yearsandhasnointerestinreturningtoNorthSentinel.“Thetribeshavebeenlivingontheislandsforcenturieswithoutanyproblem.Theirtroublesstartedaftertheycameintocontactwithoutsiders,”theanthropologistsays.“Thetribesoftheislandsdonotneedoutsiderstoprotectthem,whattheyneedistobeleftalone.”

    我們怎樣能更好

    在生活中,我們都有些牢騷和抱怨,而這些牢騷和抱怨就是負(fù)能量正是我們需要解決的問題。我們需要把負(fù)能量轉(zhuǎn)換成正能量,才可以心身或者叫身心健康的發(fā)展下去。

    因?yàn)橹挥羞@樣,我們才能夠生存下去和更好的生活。

    當(dāng)然這些牢騷和抱怨也就是產(chǎn)生的負(fù)能量負(fù)面情緒一定是事出有因的,其中很大一部分都不是我們自己的原因,而是社會(huì)環(huán)境原因總成的負(fù)能量再循環(huán)。

    因此我們要想將負(fù)能量轉(zhuǎn)換成正能量,除了從自己身上轉(zhuǎn)化,更要去關(guān)心和解決社會(huì)問題,阻斷社會(huì)負(fù)能量的循環(huán)系統(tǒng),然后再將負(fù)能量轉(zhuǎn)換成正能量,這樣我們就可以更好。

    具體從這篇新聞報(bào)道來說,從很大程度上我同意這篇新聞報(bào)道的真實(shí)性,他充滿了對環(huán)境的不滿和無能為力。的確如此,面對這些不友好的事情,任何人有這種反應(yīng)也是再正常不過的。

    如果我們問題的答案是前者,那么我們應(yīng)該從自己身上找原因,更好的改變自己,理解他人??上穗H關(guān)系的天平如果傾斜了,就不能夠產(chǎn)生雙贏的最佳友好進(jìn)步效果。但是換一個(gè)角度,問題的答案如果是后者,那么就是屬于社會(huì)環(huán)境問題,那么我們需要改變的阻斷的就是社會(huì)環(huán)境中的負(fù)能量不斷再循環(huán)系統(tǒng),這才是最公道的判斷和解決辦法。如果兩者都有,那么我們就要既改變自己也去改變他人和社會(huì)環(huán)境。因此《國家地理》作為一本公共刊物,其實(shí)從很大意義上來講,就是在改變和影響社會(huì)的。

    首先我基本認(rèn)可上文這篇報(bào)道的真實(shí)性,那么在文中關(guān)于人類學(xué)家出現(xiàn)的那些問題該如何解決呢?
